Returns and Shipping Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
Wildfire Smokers offers delivery Australia wide.
All orders will be despatched with in 1-2 business days from our Adelaide warehouse.
All orders will be provided with tracking information.
If you give the courier Authority to leave in a safe place with no signature you will not be covered for any transit damage that may have occurred as you will not be there to inspect item with the courier and you cannot prove that said damage was during transit.
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday.
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at Hello@wildfiresmokers.com.au
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days. Country locations may take a little bit longer.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.
